Some of the most important questions of our time sit between disciplines and outside the usual commercial categories. Our Cornish Farm is a place to ask them. But we don’t want merely to be a site to gather but a contributor to the work.
We welcome academics, researchers and writers who share these questions. We would be keen to work with you in several ways:
Joint research and publication.
Fellowships and residencies
Symposia and seminars. Small gatherings where the work is presented and debated, with outputs we publish.
Fellowships and residencies
Commissioned and public work
A non exhaustive list of what we’re thinking about
Spiritual capital. The role of meaning, faith and moral formation in a flourishing economy, and the case that secular business now faces a crisis of purpose.
Land, faith and stewardship. How faith-centred approaches to land can renew rural communities, nature and enterprise.
Beauty, place and the built environment. Why where and how we build and live shapes who we become.
Symbolism and patterns. How a more mystical, less modern way of interpreting the world can help us navigate forward.
Tradition and rhythm. How shared practices, festivals and seasons restore community and rootedness.
Formation and leadership. What it takes to lead a life of high responsibility and calling.
