Need a beautiful, rural location to film or do a photo shoot?

  • We have plenty of parking.

    However, it is not all concreted.

    We have a driveway and immediate parking which would take approximately 6 cars if they all wanted easy egress, 10 cars if you don’t mind blocking one another in a little.

    The farmyard itself is quite large. However, it is undulating ground and rocky. Whilst firm you might want to put track board down or such like if you were in and out a lot.

    Obviously as a farm we are used to driving vehicles that make light work of difficult ground.

  • We have a variety of localised power options including external sockets in various location.

    We have a secondary independent supply that is easily accessed within the farmyard.

    However, the whole farmyard isn’t covered and we recommend you consider the use of generators if you are unable to visit to assess power access.

  • Within the Image Portfolio you can see the access to the farmyard.

    It has been a working farmyard and we have had all kinds of large vehicles in here. Most recently, for example, we had a shipping container delivered.

    So, whilst the lanes are narrow and we would have advice to share on that front, it is also true that local (Cornish and South West) logistics companies are more used to the nature of Cornish lanes than up country firms are.

    To give you an example of recent access provision, we recently had a shipping container delivered here.

  • We have a single outdoor lavatory available.

    We do not have a secondary, independent kitchen you can use (yet).

    There is WiFi and a good mobile signal (with EE at least).
