We are early on in this journey and whilst we have a range of outdoor spaces, they are rustic. We suggest you call to discuss your needs.
There is a single, outdoor loo.
The primary indoor space is a large, covered barn but not fully enclosed. The primary outdoor spaces extends across the yard, gardens and two orchards. The stream can be visited but depends on the presence of cows!

Whilst there is power around the farm, there is currently none in the covered barns. If power is needed, you will need to bring battery back up or a mobile generator.
-
Whilst the land around the farmyard is a working farm there is not a lot of farm machinery and animals are not being housed within the farmyard itself, so there is no risk from that perspective. But you may well see a friendly cow over a fence! :-)
However, it is a traditional old cornish farmyard so all the health and safety risks apply.
The ground is often uneven.

There is concrete parking for around half a dozen cars or a couple of minibuses. More if you don’t mind blocking one another in a little.
If you need more than that we can probably accommodate it, it just depends on a) time of year and b) what you are willing to drive your car onto!
We do not advise bringing a coach.
